  • Sales and Business Development
  • Promote and sell building materials, tiles, ceramics, and related products to retail customers, contractors, builders, interior designers, and construction companies.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key decision-makers in the construction and design industry.
  • Provide professional product advice, quotations, and technical assistance to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support promptly.
  • Product Knowledge and Presentation
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product specifications, features, installation methods, and competitive advantages.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
  • Order and Sales Management
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, tenders, and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and customer interactions.
  • Market Research and Reporting
  • Collect and report information on market demand, pricing trends, and competitor products.
  • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  • Suggest new strategies or promotional activities to improve sales performance.
  • Showroom and Display Management (if applicable)
  • Ensure showroom displays and product samples are well-arranged and updated.
  • Assist walk-in customers with product selection and design coordination.
  • Teamwork and Compliance
  • Work closely with the marketing, procurement, and finance departments.
  • Adhere to company sales policies, ethics, and credit control procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales of tiles, ceramics, sanitary ware, or building materials.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of construction materials and market trends.
