Industrial Electrical Engineer

Job Description

• Carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks based on assigned work orders.

• Diagnose faults in electrical and instrumentation systems and provide effective solutions.

• Support operations involving medium and low-voltage equipment, automation, control systems, pneumatics, and calibrations.

• Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety standards and quality procedures.

• Maintain organized and accurate records of repairs, inspections, and any irregularities found.

• Assist in improving maintenance workflows and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Provide technical assistance when required and collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth plant performance.

Job Requirements

• Technical degree (Middle or Higher) in Electricity, Electronics, Industrial Automation, or related fields.

• Prior experience in a similar maintenance role — ideally in an industrial or refrigeration environment.

• Solid understanding of medium/low-voltage systems, automation, pneumatics, and control processes.

• Ability to use diagnostic and measuring instruments with confidence.

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with industrial regulations.
