Industrial Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and improve production processes to boost efficiency and cut costs.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices and standardize workflows.
• Conduct time and motion studies to enhance productivity.
• Optimize factory layout, material flow, and workstation ergonomics.
• Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve performance.
• Develop cost-reduction strategies while maintaining product quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Train staff on process improvements and best practices.
• Use data analysis tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support new product development and assess production feasibility.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years of industrial engineering experience.
• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma , and process optimization.
• Experience in time studies, work measurement, and process flow analysis .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, and data analysis tools.
• Understanding of production and garment manufacturing processes .
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good command of English.
