Lead Modifications Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Modifications Engineer to manage and drive the modifications process across multiple projects in Egypt. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and technical expertise in design coordination, ensuring high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Modifications team through effective management and reporting.
• Enhance the customer experience by streamlining and automating the modifications process.
• Handle client modification requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Coordinate with consultants to obtain necessary approvals and collaborate with the design team to align modifications with the project’s overall vision.
• Ensure all client modifications comply with company guidelines and standards.
• Verify that all modifications meet client expectations, regulatory requirements, and maintain overall project integrity.
• Confirm that clients have secured all required governmental approvals prior to execution, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage site violations by conducting inspections for units undergoing finishing or modifications.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Based in Egypt, or willing to relocate.
• Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other relevant software.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in modifications, fit-out, or design coordination roles within the construction or real estate industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, and modification procedures.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Strategic, proactive, and driven with a “can-do” mindset.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task effectively.
