Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to improve processes, productivity, and efficiency across our operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will analyze systems, workflows, and data to help reduce costs, improve quality, and increase overall performance while ensuring compliance with local standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production and operational processes to identify areas for improvement
• Design and implement efficient systems, workflows, and procedures
• Conduct time studies, capacity planning, and process optimization
• Improve productivity while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Prepare reports, documentation, and process improvement proposals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, supply chain, management)
• Ensure compliance with Qatar regulations, HSE standards, and company policies
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as an Industrial Engineer (experience in Qatar or GCC is an advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP systems knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma preferred)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Fluent in English; Arabic
