We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer with professional experience to improve operational efficiency, optimize processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will analyze workflows, identify productivity opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze production, operational, and business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct time studies, work measurement, and process mapping activities.
- Develop and implement process optimization initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Support capacity planning, resource utilization, and production scheduling activities.
- Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to generate actionable insights.
- Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, and maintenance teams to resolve process-related issues.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions when required.
- Participate in facility layout planning, workflow design, and material flow optimization projects.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, operations, or process improvement roles.
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement principles.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and productivity improvement techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Pay: $76,534.36 - $91,966.11 per year
