Industrial Engineer (IE) Specialist – Workwear Manufacturing

About the Role:

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer Specialist to join our Workwear Manufacturing Division. The ideal candidate will focus on productivity improvement, cost optimization, and process efficiency by applying IE tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct time & motion studies, line balancing, and method improvements.
• Develop operation breakdowns (OBs), SMV calculations, and manpower requirements.
• Work with production teams to achieve daily efficiency and productivity targets.
• Support planning and execution for new styles, sampling, and bulk production.
• Monitor operator performance and create/update Skill Matrix reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement lean manufacturing practices.
• Prepare IE reports for management on efficiency, cost, and productivity improvements.
• Coordinate with QA, Planning, and Production for seamless order execution.
