Position Summary: The Industrial Maintenance Electrician reports to Electrical Supervisor, Crew Leader, and Plant Engineering Department. Performs repair, maintenance duties, troubleshooting, and other duties as assigned. Applicants must hold a current journeyman card and be able to work a swift shift.

Position Summary: The Industrial Maintenance Electrician reports to Electrical Supervisor, Crew Leader, and Plant Engineering Department. Performs repair, maintenance duties, troubleshooting, and other duties as assigned. Applicants must hold a current journeyman card and be able to work a swift shift.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoots electrical systems from 480Vac to 110Vac and 48Vdc to 5Vdc.
- Checks and records instrumentation readings on critical plant equipment, including electrical, air gas, water and oil systems.
- Performs maintenance and repairs on electrical, air, gas, water and oil systems.
- Troubleshoots new and existing equipment.
- Monitor, inspect and operate systems to make necessary adjustments and repairs as required.
- Become highly knowledgeable in all aspects of plant operations.
- Participants will be enrolled in the federally approved Bureau of Apprenticeship Training joint Apprenticeship Program and maintain GPA per program requirements.
- Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
- Physically able to work any position.
- Must be able to move heavy equipment.
- Visual acuity 20/20, far and near, with correction if necessary.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work swing shift, which includes weekends.
- Must hold a Journeyman Card.
Salary Range: $35.67/ hour
