industrial manager (Saudi National)

Manager :

Operational & Production Management

• Lead and manage industrial operations including steel fabrication, welding, carpentry (wood/WPC), and finishing works.
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and workshop equipment.
• Optimize processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Quality & Compliance

• Monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards, client specifications, and international codes.
• Implement and maintain ISO, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections for safety and quality assurance.

Leadership & Team Development

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, supervisors, and skilled technicians.
• Establish performance metrics and conduct evaluations to enhance workforce efficiency.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Project & Client Coordination

• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of industrial works as per contracts.
• Participate in technical discussions, project planning, and client meetings.
• Support procurement in sourcing raw materials, consumables, and subcontractors.

Financial & Strategic Role

• Prepare and control the industrial division budget.
• Contribute to strategic decisions for expansion, investment, and technological upgrades.
• Identify opportunities for new products, services, and process automation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in industrial operations, preferably in construction/steel fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of steel works, WPC, and industrial project execution.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and industrial management software.
• Excellent communication (Arabic & English) and negotiation skills.
