Role Overview

We are looking for an Industrial Operations Director to lead and manage our operational framework. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in industrial management, production processes, and supply chain optimization. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving performance, and supporting Tatra Group’s long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement industrial operations strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee production, logistics, and maintenance activities across facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance, providing insights for improvement.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Lead and mentor operations teams, fostering accountability and excellence.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across operational processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, logistics systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record of managing complex operations and delivering results.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Pay: Up to RO2,500.000 per month
