Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Services Director to lead and manage our IT services strategy and operations. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in enterprise IT systems, client engagement, and solution delivery. You will be responsible for shaping UDSV Solutions’ technology vision, ensuring successful implementations, and driving innovation across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement IT services strategies aligned with company objectives.
Oversee solution design, implementation, and support services for clients.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, cybersecurity protocols, and best practices.
Monitor KPIs, project performance, and client satisfaction.
Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
Lead and mentor IT teams, fostering innovation and accountability.
Represent UDSV Solutions in industry forums and professional networks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT platforms, cloud solutions, and systems integration.
Proven track record of managing successful IT projects and solution delivery.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
