Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Director to lead and manage our infrastructure operations. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in enterprise IT systems, network architecture, and cloud technologies. You will be responsible for shaping Xevorin Technology’s infrastructure strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and driving innovation across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee data centers, networks, servers, and cloud environments.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, industry regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor KPIs, system performance, and service availability.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Lead and mentor IT infrastructure teams, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Represent Xevorin Technology in industry forums and professional networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms, and network architecture.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
