Role Overview

We are looking for a Technology Director to lead and manage our technology division. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in IT strategy, systems integration, and emerging technologies. You will be responsible for shaping New Tech Era’s technology vision, ensuring operational excellence, and driving innovation across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with company objectives.
Oversee IT infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with business leaders to deliver tailored technology solutions.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, industry regulations, and best practices.
Monitor KPIs, project performance, and client satisfaction.
Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
Lead and mentor technology teams, fostering innovation and accountability.
Represent New Tech Era in industry forums and professional networks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms, and digital transformation.
Proven track record of managing successful technology projects.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
