Role Overview

We are looking for a Manufacturing Director to lead and manage our production division. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in manufacturing processes, operational efficiency, and supply chain management. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality output, driving innovation, and supporting Ceramica Ramblena’s long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee production planning, quality control, and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance, providing insights for improvement.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Lead and mentor production teams, fostering accountability and excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ceramics production processes, supply chain systems, and quality assurance.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing operations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Pay: Up to RO2,100.000 per month
