*About the Role*

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced manager to lead the IR function at OCM Pvt. Ltd. The role requires a strategic leader who can drive and ensure compliance with labour laws, industrial relations, and organizational policies.

*Key Responsibilities*

Industrial Relations & Compliance

- Manage Industrial Relations (IR) effectively, ensuring harmonious relations with workmen and unions.

- Ensure compliance with all labour laws, statutory requirements, and government regulations.

- Liaise with government and statutory bodies to handle inspections, audits, and compliances.

- Maintain good relations with workers and Unions

- Good knowledge of Pf, ESI

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
