Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Muscat for a Sales Engineer in the Industrial team. Responsibilities include managing sales processes of mechanical, electrical, and industrial equipment, identifying and fostering business development opportunities, and building lasting client relationships. The role entails working closely with internal teams and principals to offer tailored automation solutions and ensuring excellent customer service while managing accounts to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management with 2–3 years of experience in Oman for the sales of mechanical, electrical, and industrial equipment.
• Strong skills in account relationship management and a proven track record in dealing with various government ministries, entities, and industrial clients in Oman.
• Experience in Business Development, including identifying and cultivating new opportunities
• Knowledge and understanding of Automation technologies and how they apply to industrial solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team under dynamic conditions
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is mandatory
• A valid Oman driving license is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in English are mandatory. Ability to speak Arabic is strongly preferred.
• Preference will be given to qualified Omani candidates.
