Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven Civil Sales Engineer to develop and expand our business and Structural products across infrastructure, oil & gas, power, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, technical understanding, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
- Promote assigned products and services to contractors, consultants, government entities, and end users.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions based on product knowledge and technical expertise.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical expertise and insights to clients.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients regarding the application and benefits of the products and services.
- Maintain strong follow-up on inquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with principals, suppliers, and internal teams for pricing and deliveries.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure timely payment collection in coordination with finance.
- Maintain CRM records and submit periodic sales reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales minimum 2 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- UAE Driving License.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
