Civil Sales Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven Civil Sales Engineer to develop and expand our business and Structural products across infrastructure, oil & gas, power, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, technical understanding, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
  • Promote assigned products and services to contractors, consultants, government entities, and end users.
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions based on product knowledge and technical expertise.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical expertise and insights to clients.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients regarding the application and benefits of the products and services.
  • Maintain strong follow-up on inquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
  • Coordinate with principals, suppliers, and internal teams for pricing and deliveries.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure timely payment collection in coordination with finance.
  • Maintain CRM records and submit periodic sales reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales minimum 2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • UAE Driving License.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
