Sales Engineer (3D Printing & Additive Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Proactively identify and secure high-value B2B and B2C contracts within Abu Dhabi’s industrial, architectural, and corporate sectors.
  • Brand Ambassadorship & Events: Represent the company at major trade shows (such as "Make it in the Emirates") to capture high-quality leads, showcase unique manufacturing solutions, and strengthen the company’s regional reputation.
  • Deal Architecture: Navigate complex sales cycles to secure high-margin deals that align with the evolving landscape of 3D manufacturing.
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry leaders to ensure a sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Strategic Patience: Manage extended sales cycles with the vision and persistence required for the unique, growing field of additive manufacturing.
  • Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed clearly defined sales KPIs and performance targets, with a focus on consistent growth and market penetration.

Candidate Profile

  • Sales Mastery: 3–4 years of proven success in B2B sales or business development, specifically within industrial or corporate services.
  • Proven Track Record: A demonstrated ability to consistently meet and surpass ambitious sales targets and KPIs.
  • Visionary Mindset: A deep-seated belief in the transformative power of 3D printing and the "strategic patience" to develop a burgeoning market.
  • Strategic Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions with professional clarity and confidence.
  • Abu Dhabi Expertise: An established understanding of the local business landscape, cultural nuances, and the exhibition ecosystem within the Emirate.
  • Technical "Hustle": The commercial acumen to identify high-value opportunities combined with the analytical mindset to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage for strengthening the company's regional reputation.

Technical Training & Development
