Industrial Sales Lead – Safety Products

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Industrial Sales Lead to grow our Safety Products business across industrial, manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, and infrastructure clients. The role focuses on developing new accounts, managing key customers, and driving revenue through consultative selling of industrial safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B customers in assigned industrial territories or segments
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Promote and sell a portfolio of industrial safety products (PPE, fall protection, fire safety, safety signage, etc.)
  • Conduct product presentations, site visits, and safety solution demonstrations
  • Understand customer safety requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Participate in trade shows, safety events, and industry exhibitions as required

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3–7 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in safety products, PPE, MRO, or industrial supplies
  • Strong understanding of industrial environments and safety standards
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with channel sales and/or key account management is a plus

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
