What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in supporting clients throughout their job search journey — from refining their profiles to helping coordinate and monitor application progress. (End-to-end support)

Support job seekers by helping shape and present their professional story

Collaborate on refining client profiles and CVs to meet job market expectations

Identify high-potential job opportunities through online research and job market navigation

Evaluate job descriptions and align opportunities with client strengths followed by responsible job application submissions.

Ensure all client data, preferences, and job submissions are clearly and consistently tracked

Communicate with clients at key moments to support progress and decision-making

Help manage application-related documentation and timelines across active projects

Uphold high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality at every stepYour background that likely makes you a match:

1–2 years of experience in administration, recruitment support, or client operations. Bachelor in Human Resources is a plus.

Proficiency in English (required) Familiarity with job boards and hiring platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, etc) Comfort working with current digital tools like Google Workspace, AI tools. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
