Infant Lead Teacher

Toddler Assistant Location: The Children’s Ark, INC.

Wage Range: DOE $14.25 – $15.75 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday)

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Infant Lead to join our early childhood education team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about nurturing young children and supporting their development in a safe, engaging, and loving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities. Provide attentive care to infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Support children's emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Maintain open and positive communication with parents and staff. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. Experience working with infants and toddlers preferred.

Infant/Toddler CDA (willing to obtain within 12 months of accepting position)

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and engage in active play.

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
