Infant Teacher

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of childhood development and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. This role involves working closely with infants, creating lesson plans, and ensuring the overall well-being of the children in your care. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Provide attentive care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their physical needs are met while promoting their independence.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning atmosphere.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns regarding their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create an effective curriculum that meets the needs of all students, including those with disabilities.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that reflects the children's work and promotes learning.
• Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education, including first aid and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
• Experience in classroom management techniques that foster positive behavior among Infants.
• Previous experience working with infants is a requirement.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred or must be obtained upon hiring.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A genuine love for working with young children and a commitment to their growth and well-being.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
