Infant & Toddler Teacher

Pay & Incentives

• Competitive hourly pay (based on experience & qualifications)
• $500 retention bonus after 90 day

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Childcare or infant/toddler experience preferred
• CDA ( Child Development Associate)-Infant/Toddler OR 30 semester hours college credit(6 semester hours in early childhood/child development) required
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree(preferred)
• Ability to problem solve and manage multiple projects
• Friendly and Professional
• Reliable
• Team player
• Able to lift 40+pounds

Responsibilities:

- Implement developmentally appropriate activities to engage infants and toddlers.

- Create and execute lesson plans that promote learning and social interaction.

- Foster a safe and nurturing environment for children to explore and grow.

-Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress.

- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience.

- Stay current on best practices in early childhood education to enhance teaching strategies.

-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.

-Build strong relationships with children and families

-Follow all DCFS licensing and center policies
