Lead Classroom Teacher

Qualifications: High School Diploma required. Experience with young children is necessary. Must pass background check and pre-employment physical. OCCRRA Level II Career Pathways status preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Availability: Consistent shift options available through the 6:30 am- 6:00 pm day.

Job Responsibilities: Supervising young children in a small group setting. Ages range from 6 weeks to 2 1/2 years across two separate classroom settings located within Community Bible Church. Completing lesson plans, managing a group of 3-5 students on your own, diapering, maintaining a clean workspace, and inventory of classroom supplies. Adapting to the behavioral, educational, and physical needs of children, handling conflict management within children, interacting with parents, attending staff meetings and child development trainings, etc.

New Hire Bonus: $500 signing bonus on completion of 90-day orientation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
