Infant/Toddler Teacher

Introduction:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Toddler Teacher to join our team and provide high-quality care and education to toddlers in our child care center. The Toddler Teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for toddlers, planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, and communicating with parents about their child's development and progress. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff. Hours needed are 9am-5:30pm and 8:30am-5pm We offer FREE childcare for our staff! This is limited to one child per teacher with 50% off tuition for any additional children. Monthly challenge bonuses, attendance bonuses, paid holidays (after 90 days), paid vacation (after 1 year) and no weekends or late nights.

Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for toddlers, including providing emotional and physical support

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of toddlers

• Communicate with parents about their child's development and progress, including providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions

• Follow all policies and procedures related to the care and education of toddlers, including adhering to safety protocols and maintaining accurate records

• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure continuity of care and education

• Other duties as assigned

  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Toddler Teacher preferred

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff

• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities for toddlers
