Influencer and Social media manager for a US Pet tech brand

About the role

A leading pet tech brand in the US is looking for a senior social media leader to guide organic social and influencer strategy.

This role is best suited for a pet owner who understands how social platforms actually work and can translate that knowledge into strong storytelling, clear direction, and meaningful influencer partnerships. RV travel experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

This is a strategy led role with occasional hands on involvement when needed. Day to day execution is supported by an existing team. Your focus is to set direction, guide priorities, and raise the overall quality of the brand’s organic social presence.

What you will focus on

  • Lead organic social strategy, with Instagram as the primary channel
  • Provide direction for Facebook and help shape early growth for TikTok and YouTube
  • Define brand voice, content themes, and storytelling approach
  • Build and manage influencer and creator relationships
  • Step in for light hands on execution when required

Who this role is for

  • Proven experience in organic social media and influencer marketing
  • Strong understanding of Instagram as a brand and community platform
  • Comfortable leading strategy and occasionally executing
  • Experience with consumer, DTC, or lifestyle brands preferred
  • Pet ownership required; RV experience is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week
