Key Responsibilities

Influencer Discovery & Outreach

○ Identify and onboard relevant YouTube creators (health, fitness, lifestyle, food, wellness niches).

○ Build long-term relationships with creators and agencies.

Campaign Execution

○ Plan and execute YouTube influencer campaigns aligned with brand goals.

○ Brief influencers on campaign objectives, brand tonality, and content guidelines.

○ Ensure timely execution and delivery of content.

Content & Performance Management

○ Monitor influencer videos for compliance with brand messaging.

○ Track and analyze campaign performance (views, engagement, CPV, conversions).

○ Generate insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.

Budget & Operations

○ Manage influencer budgets and negotiations.

○ Ensure smooth coordination of contracts, invoices, and payments.

Innovation & Trends

○ Stay updated on YouTube trends, creator economy, and competitor activity.

○ Suggest innovative influencer formats (product reviews, challenges, tutorials, collabs).

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in D2C / FMCG / wellness brands.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube ecosystem, analytics, and creator communities in India.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Data-driven with the ability to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.

  • Passion for health, nutrition, and wellness (a plus).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
