Role Overview:

As our Influencer Marketing Executive, you’ll help connect Capes India with creators who align with our visual identity and brand voice. If you’re passionate about social media trends, influencer culture, and the intersection of tech and style, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard influencers across tech, fashion, lifestyle, automotive, and related niches
• Craft compelling outreach messages and manage influencer communications
• Oversee collaborations, including product dispatch, content tracking, and performance analysis
• Maintain and update a database of micro and macro influencers
• Analyse content and campaign performance to derive actionable insights
• Collaborate with creators on content ideas that reflect Capes India’s tone and values
• Monitor social media trends to scout emerging talent and formats
• Coordinate internally for timely approvals and logistics

Requirements:

• Strong grasp of influencer marketing and Instagram trends
• Passion for tech, gadgets, and aesthetic-driven brands
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic project tracking tools
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail

Bonus: Experience working with influencers or managing brand collaborations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
