Duties
- Develop and execute compelling influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals across multiple social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Create engaging, high-quality content including videos, photos, blogs, and live streams that authentically showcase our products or services.
- Collaborate with other influencers, content creators, and brand partners to expand reach and foster mutually beneficial relationships.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience preferences to optimize content performance and engagement.
- Manage influencer partnerships from outreach to contract negotiation, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics to track campaign performance, analyze engagement metrics, and report on ROI.
- Implement SEO best practices in content creation to enhance visibility across search engines and social platforms.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to integrate influencer campaigns into broader multichannel marketing initiatives including email marketing, print advertising, and e-commerce promotions.
- Stay informed about industry developments such as advertising sales strategies, performance marketing techniques, B2B marketing approaches, and product management insights.
- Assist in managing budgets for influencer collaborations while maintaining transparency and accountability throughout campaigns.
- Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite for content editing or enhancement when necessary to ensure professional quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media marketing or influencer outreach with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, content marketing, performance marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook Advertising (Meta Ads), TikTok Ads, Instagram Promotions, YouTube Advertising & Google AdWords.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) for content creation or editing purposes.
- Knowledge of HTML basics and WordPress for content management is a plus.
- Strong research skills to identify trending topics, emerging influencers, and new platform features that can benefit campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for diverse audiences.
- Experience in e-commerce environments or print advertising campaigns is advantageous.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate partnerships effectively while maintaining positive relationships.
