About the Client:

I am partnering with a leading Dubai-based creative agency that specializes in digital and social-first campaigns for lifestyle, fashion, and beauty brands. They are known for delivering high-impact influencer marketing campaigns across the MENA region.

The Role:

They are looking to hire an Influencer Campaign Manager to oversee and execute influencer campaigns end-to-end. The ideal candidate is strategic, well-connected with influencers, and experienced in delivering campaigns that drive engagement and measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage influencer campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Identify and engage with relevant influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for influencer partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with account and creative teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
• Stay current with trends in influencer marketing and social media in the UAE and MENA region.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably agency-side.
• Strong network and understanding of influencers in the UAE and MENA region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
