We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer initiatives across our client brands. In this client-facing, execution-focused role, you’ll manage the end-to-end influencer process—from discovering and profiling the right creators to executing campaigns, leveraging tools like Levanta and Creator Connections, and reporting performance insights to clients.

This role is ideal for someone who can blend creative matchmaking with performance strategy. Experience with TikTok creators or campaigns is a plus, as we plan to explore TikTok as a future channel partner.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Discovery & Outreach

  • Identify, vet, and profile influencers that align with brand values, audience fit, and campaign goals.
  • Manage and optimize influencer selection through Levanta, Creator Connections, and other discovery tools.
  • Own outbound outreach and communication with influencers, ensuring alignment and professionalism.

Campaign Management

  • Lead the execution of influencer campaigns from start to finish.
  • Coordinate timelines, briefs, deliverables, approvals, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure all influencer content adheres to brand guidelines and FTC compliance.
  • Track product sends and influencer incentive plans (commission, flat rate, etc.).

Platform Utilization & Optimization

  • Use Levanta and Creator Connections to manage influencer pipelines, track performance, and maintain clean data.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes to leverage new features and improve efficiency.

Reporting & Client Communication

  • Create and present performance reports, including engagement metrics, content recaps, and campaign insights.
  • Provide clients with regular updates and recommendations to optimize future influencer efforts.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external clients.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or partnerships (brand or agency side).
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms such as Levanta, Creator Connections, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically.
  • Experience working directly with clients is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Experience or familiarity with TikTok campaigns and creators is a plus.
