Influencer Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our Community Team, focusing on [Country Name]. In this role, you will own the full influencer marketing cycle — from identifying and screening relevant influencers, contacting and coordinating with them, to ensuring live coverage of our services. You’ll play a key part in shaping the voice of our brand through authentic and engaging partnerships on social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, screen, and evaluate influencers in the assigned country across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Ensure influencer availability and alignment with campaign goals, audience, and brand values
• Reach out to selected influencers, pitch collaboration opportunities, and handle communication professionally and promptly
• Share campaign briefs, expectations, and deadlines clearly with influencers
• Coordinate all logistics to ensure influencers receive what they need to execute the campaign (info, assets, access, etc.)
• Follow up and track campaign progress until influencer coverage goes live
• Monitor live posts/stories and ensure proper brand tagging and messaging
• Maintain organized records of all influencer outreach, agreements, and campaign results
• Collaborate with the local community team to align influencer efforts with on-ground activities
• Provide weekly reports on influencer activity and campaign impact

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£10,000.00 per month
