Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement multi-platform social media strategies aligned with our brand and sales goals
• Plan and create engaging, visually appealing content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and content formats that resonate in North & South American markets
• Track performance using analytics tools and optimize campaigns accordingly

2. Influencer & Creator Collaborations

• Research, identify, and manage relationships with relevant influencers and bloggers in the home, lifestyle, garden, and decor space
• Negotiate and coordinate sponsored content, product gifting, and affiliate partnerships
• Build long-term creator relationships that support both branding and eCommerce initiatives

3. PR, Local Media & Brand Exposure

• Pitch our brand and products to local lifestyle magazines, home & decor blogs, and online editorial platforms across the Americas
• Build a media contact list and maintain relationships with editors, journalists, and digital publishers
• Collaborate with content partners to secure product features, reviews, or brand spotlights
• Assist with copywriting for press releases, brand stories, and media kits when needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, PR, or digital content marketing
• Deep understanding of social platforms, creator economy, and digital storytelling across the Americas
• Strong written and visual communication skills (English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus)
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, Notion, or influencer outreach platforms
• Experience in or passion for home decor, lifestyle, or design is a strong advantage
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
