Job Description and Duties

The Technology Infrastructure Services Division is seeking an IT Technician (ITT) as part of our Asset Management Team, responsible for all IT assets within the Department.

The ITT’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Oversee the day-to-day management of IT assets, ensuring timely distribution to deployment teams and proper handling of retired equipment.
Coordinate with deployment teams to facilitate smooth delivery and installation of IT hardware for end users.
Manage warranty claims and repairs by working directly with manufacturers to resolve issues.
Assist in refining asset management processes and contribute recommendations for improvements.

Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.
