Location: Bahrain
Experience Required: 10–15 Years

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Project Manager to lead data center infrastructure deployments and enterprise storage/server implementations. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure deployment projects within defined scope and SLAs
• Manage installation, configuration, and validation of servers and storage systems
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery
• Ensure adherence to data center standards, processes, and best practices
• Prepare clear documentation, reports, and project updates

Skills & Technical Competencies

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Dell EMC PowerScale (Isilon) architecture & OneFS fundamentals
• Dell PowerEdge server deployment (rack, power, BIOS, firmware validation)
• Data center cabling standards (fiber, DAC, power)
• Basic enterprise networking (L2/L3 concepts)
• Storage concepts: unstructured storage, clusters, capacity tiers

Preferred / Supporting Skills

• Exposure to Dell ProDeploy processes
• Understanding of Ceph / Proxmox (supporting or advisory level)
• VMware, Hyper-V, or Linux system familiarity
• Enterprise backup concepts

Certifications (Preferred)

• Dell EMC PowerScale / Isilon Certification
• Dell EMC PowerEdge Server Certification
• VMware / Nutanix / Storage certifications (advantage)

Experience Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in:
• Data center infrastructure deployment
• Storage and server implementations
• Hands-on experience with enterprise Dell EMC environments
• Experience in banking, enterprise, or regulated environments is preferred

Pay: From BD800.000 per month
