Injection Blow Molding Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Injection Molding Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating injection molding machines, monitoring production quality, and ensuring efficient manufacturing processes while maintaining workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines according to production schedules.
• Set up, start, and shut down machines as instructed.
• Inspect molded products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Trim, assemble, pack, and label finished products as required.
• Monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions or abnormalities.

Requirements

• IT qualification
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating injection molding machines (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with plastic bottle, cap, or packaging production.
• Knowledge of machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Forklift certification (advantageous).
