Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines to ensure production of quality parts.
• Adjust process parameters as needed to maintain consistent product quality.
• Identify and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and quality concerns.
• Perform routine checks, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols while working around moving machinery and factory equipment.
• Maintain accurate production data, logs, and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with supervisors and production staff to achieve daily targets and minimize downtime.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Injection Molding Technician in a plastic manufacturing/disposable products factory.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and repair machines.
• Knowledge of process optimization, molds, and tooling maintenance.
• Ability to work in a factory environment with exposure to noise and machinery.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork orientation.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
