Innovation Lead

Job Summary

The Innovation Lead drives ideation, problem discovery, rapid experimentation, and prioritization. They act as the "engine" of the Innovation Hub, ensuring that ideas are well -framed, solutions are feasible, and experiments move forward efficiently .

Responsibilities :

1- Lead ideation sessions, problem -definition workshops, and design sprints.
2- Identify high -impact opportunities by assessing technical feasibility and business value.
3- Shape experiment hypotheses, MVP scopes, and rapid delivery plans.
4- Mentor contributors and engineers throughout discovery and experimentation cycles.
5- Work closely with the architecture committee and business stakeholders to validate solution concepts.
6- Evaluate and score ideas based on clear strategic criteria.
7- Ensure innovation work is aligned with standards, best practices, and organizational goals.
8- Track experiment outcomes and refine the process based on learnings.


Requirements

• 10+ years in product, engineering, R&D, R&I, or innovation -focused roles.
• Strong technical understanding + business problem -solving ability.
• Skilled in structured ideation, design thinking, and rapid experimentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Able to drive clarity in ambiguous, exploratory environments.
• Ability to work and support hands -on
