Job Description & Summary: A career within Data and Analytics services will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations uncover enterprise insights and drive business results using smarter data analytics. We focus on a collection of organizational technology capabilities, including business intelligence, data management, and data assurance that help our clients drive innovation, growth, and change within their organizations in order to keep up with the changing nature of customers and technology. We make impactful decisions by mixing mind and machine to leverage data, understand and navigate risk, and help our clients gain a competitive edge.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs). · Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. · Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and reports. · Design and develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. · Perform data validation and ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data. · Present insights and recommendations to management in a clear, data-driven manner. · Support forecasting, financial modeling, and performance tracking initiatives. · Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to optimize data pipelines and models. · Continuously monitor and improve data quality and analytical methodologies

Mandatory skill sets:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. · Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. · Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker). · Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.).

Preferred skill sets:

• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Data Analytics (Google, Microsoft, Tableau).
