As an Inside Sales Associate at Delhivery, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our SME customer base by converting inbound leads, managing accounts, and proactively reaching out to potential clients. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering tailored logistics solutions to our clients, ensuring their success with our platform and contributing to our overall sales goals,
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Conversion:
Identify, pursue, and close new SME clients via inbound leads, targeted outbound outreach, and account-based strategies.

Customer Needs Assessment:
Engage with prospective clients to understand their logistics needs, and recommend the most appropriate and effective solutions.

Sales Target Achievement:
Drive results by consistently meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic account research, identifying key sales opportunities, and proposing timely solutions.

Pipeline & Database Management:
Proactively maintain and expand a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring continuous sales activity and accurate forecasting.

Client Onboarding & Support:
Guide new clients through their initial 2-month journey post-activation, ensuring a seamless transition and providing ongoing support to resolve any challenges.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work cross-functionally with support, operations, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth client experience and resolve any post-sale issues.

Relationship Building:
Cultivate long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Delhivery’s full range of services.

Effective Communication
: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, adapting your approach to the audience and ensuring clarity in every interaction.

Proactive Outreach:
Comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, and closing sales over the phone.

Product Demos & Presentations:
Deliver engaging online demos and webinars, educating clients on the Process and helping them utilize our platform.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven track record in inside sales, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, new age internet companies.

Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer pain points and offer solutions.

Comfortable with high-volume calls and closing deals over the phone or through digital channels.

Familiarity with corporate productivity tools (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).

Ability to perform online demos and webinars with ease and confidence.

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
