About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive with 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in IT, SaaS, Data Analytics, or Automation services. You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and engaging with senior decision-makers such as CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, and Business Heads to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads across target industries.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (lead → demo → proposal → follow-up).
  • Understand client challenges and position Analytics Dashboards, AI-driven Automation, and Reporting Tools as effective solutions.
  • Conduct impactful presentations, product walkthroughs, and demos for clients.
  • Collaborate with management and technical teams to design customized solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and prepare weekly sales reports.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development within IT, SaaS, Data Analytics, Automation, or Consulting industries.
  • Proven success in B2B pipeline management and deal closures.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and lead-gen tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

Education

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, IT, or Marketing.
  • Certifications in Sales, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation are an added advantage.
