Job Description

  • Understand RFQs, project specifications and prepare quotation for valve actuators (electric/pneumatics) and their spares in the expected timeline.
  • Handle quick or urgent quote requests efficiently based on priorities.
  • Address technical queries from internal and external customers related to our products.
  • Coordinate with contracts/service people as and when required.
  • Respond emails and phones promptly.
  • Focus on details and assure quality quotations.
  • Work towards customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • BE/B. Tech candidates (EEE/E&I/Mechanical/Chemical/Instrumentation/ECE).
  • 2 - 4 years’ experience in quotation preparation/sales support/inside sales/any other customer support
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft excel and Outlook.
  • Must be able to communicate in English fluently.
  • Preferable if the candidate has handled valve/actuator/instruments/controls systems/GEM portal tenders/any other electrical or electronic products
