Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, strong negotiation abilities, and in-depth knowledge of the IT industry. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting IT solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions and services.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical team to deliver customized solutions.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client interactions and progress.
  • Conduct online demos and presentations for potential clients.
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends, market competition, and new product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales/business development in the IT industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand and explain IT solutions, software, and services.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
