- 2+ years of experience in international BPO.
- Basic awareness of Telesales/Inside sales/Telemarketing/Tele calling.
- Articulate & strong phone-verbal communication skills along with active listening skills.
- Higher pay for callers who already dialled for UK Process - IVA/DMP.
- Enthusiastic to hit or exceed sales quotas.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Excellent Convincing Power.
- Fair Knowledge of Sales and Marketing.
- Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Obtaining Customer information in detail to generate the need.
Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls to customers.
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
- Address any questions or issues customers may have and communicate with them to understand their requirements and needs.
- Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Keep an updated customer database.
- Upsell other products wherever possible.
- Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
- Maintain good customer relations.
- Also, be well-read on the company’s services and possible FAQs on product-related answers.
