Job Description

We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive for a leading manufacturing company. The role involves handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, regular follow-ups with customers, and supporting the sales team in order closure and payment follow-ups. This position plays an important role in smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries through phone, email, and CRM
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, and order confirmations
• Follow up with customers for quotation approval, order confirmation, delivery status, and payments
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams for timely order execution
• Support sales negotiations, pricing discussions, and discount approvals
• Maintain customer data, enquiries, and follow-ups in CRM / ERP systems
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (MIS)
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal sales processes

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Sales Coordination
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sales environment preferred
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and customer handling skills
• Basic understanding of sales negotiation and commercial terms
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Experience with CRM / ERP software (SAP, Tally, Zoho, etc. is an advantage)
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
