We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive with a background in IT industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in generating leads, supporting external sales teams, and promoting our IT products and services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to promote networking solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions or refer to technical experts.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Assist in preparing quotations and proposals based on client needs.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing deals to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the technical and external sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends in networking and CISCO solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales , Marketing or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably with exposure to CISCO products and networking technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in B2B sales within the IT or networking domain.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
