Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to support sales activities by handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers through calls and online communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and inbound sales calls to potential customers

Generate leads and follow up on enquiries

Explain products and services to customers

Convert leads into sales and achieve sales targets

Maintain customer data and update CRM records

Coordinate with the sales and operations teams

Handle basic customer queries and provide solutions

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Minimum one year of experience is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
