Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive sales through phone calls, emails, and online communication. The role involves lead follow-ups, client coordination, order closure, and supporting the field sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing, website, and walk-ins
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed orders or meetings
  • Coordinate with field sales, operations, and accounts teams
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM or sales tracker
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic sales reports
  • Build strong relationships with corporate and retail clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements & Skills

  • Graduate or Diploma in any discipline
  • 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales / Customer Sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email.
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Preferred Candidates

  • Experience in F&B, Hospitality, B2B sales, or Service Industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
