Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Global Markets

Job Location: Hybrid Work Mode (Delhi NCR Noida and Gurgaon region)

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift Timings: Aligned with global markets

(Working hours will overlap with USA, MENA, and SEA/APAC time zones. Exact daily hours will be shared during the interview process.)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Research and identify potential enterprise clients across global markets.
  • Conduct initial qualification calls to assess prospect fit, interest level, and readiness.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for senior sales or account teams.
  • Follow up on inbound marketing leads and nurture prospects through early sales stages.
  • Maintain accurate and updated lead activity data in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to improve messaging and lead generation effectiveness.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to meetings booked, SQLs, and pipeline contribution.
  • Build professional relationships with prospects across international regions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product offerings.

Eligibility Criteria: Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles

Applicant must have done Business Development for IT and SAAS products in International process, or Market.

Language: Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Skills & Mindset:

  • Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and video calls
  • Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection
  • Basic understanding of SaaS, technology, or B2B sales environments
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo – preferred)
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Cultural awareness and ability to communicate across global markets
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment
