Inside Sales Executive

Lead Engagement & Prospecting

· Handle assigned inbound and outbound leads through structured calling

· Initiate contact with potential clients and introduce company services

· Understand client requirements through consultative conversations

· Qualify leads based on business potential and urgency

· Ensure timely first response and consistent follow-ups

2️ Sales Conversion & Revenue Generation

· Present company offerings including SMS solutions, WhatsApp Business API, SEO, paid advertising, and digital marketing services

· Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities

· Schedule product demos and coordinate with relevant teams

· Negotiate and close small-to-mid ticket deals independently

· Consistently achieve assigned monthly revenue targets

3️ CRM Discipline & Sales Process Adherence

· Maintain accurate CRM updates for all calls and interactions

· Track lead stages, follow-up schedules, and closure timelines

· Ensure no lead leakage due to missed follow-ups

· Maintain structured documentation of proposals and client discussions

4️ Collaboration & Market Feedback

· Coordinate with marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign response

· Share insights from client conversations to improve pitch effectiveness

· Support Team Lead in improving scripts and conversion techniques

· 1–3 years of tele sales / inside sales experience

· Experience in SaaS, CRM, telecom, or digital marketing sales preferred

· Strong verbal communication and persuasive ability

· Confident in objection handling and negotiation

· Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline

· Comfortable with high daily call volumes

· Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales funnel management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
